Your Questions, Answered!

Do you travel?

Yes! I love to travel! I’m always up for an adventure and love seeing the country any way possible.

Dream Destinations for me are Rocky Mountain weddings: anywhere New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Alberta, Ontario, etc.

Do you charge for an initial consultation?

Nope! The first consultation is 30 minutes for free. It’s a chance for me to get to know you, your personality, and your wedding vision. From that meeting, I will be able to come up with a wedding package that seems to suit you the best! (For more information on general wedding packages, please visit the SERVICES page.)

What form of payment do you accept? Do you have payment plans?

I accept Venmo, Paypal, check, and cash.

Payment plans can be arranged to accommodate any budget planning

What kind of weddings do you work / accommodate?

  • Elopements

  • Small weddings

  • Large weddings

  • Traditional

  • Non-Traditional

Will I still have any say or control in my wedding?

Short answer, YES absolutely!  It’s still your day and your love and design, and your wedding should look, feel, and flow the way YOU want.

I’m your hype girl, offering professional guidance as well as moral support. That way, you get TO and THROUGH your wedding with as much peace as possible, while still maintaining your creative expression.

What does a Day of Coordinator DO at the wedding?

  • Point of contact for all vendors, questions, guest concerns, and mothers

  • Oversees all the setup, timeline flow, rehearsal, and wedding day events

  • Makes the final call for a weather contingency situation

  • Directs the timing of the processional

  • Averts any disaster that potentially interrupts the day

Things I have definitely done as a wedding coordinator

  • Helped set up and organize table décor, enlisting helpful hands when necessary

  • Assisted and directed friends in tying down an unruly tent mid rainstorm

  • Helped and directed moving decorative aspects between ceremony and reception spaces (including 100 pumpkins, a floral arch, tables, chairs, etc.)

  • Picked up lunch for the wedding party and family

  • Bobby pinned the bride’s hair

  • Bustled Dresses

  • Carried bouquets, heirlooms, hats, jackets, etc

  • Set up memoir tables

  • Made sure other vendors got their gifts, tips, etc from the couple.

  • Anything the couple needs!
